Novacoast announces acquisition of Office Technology Solutions

SANTA BARBARA, CA. Novacoast, Inc., an IT professional services and product development firm, is proud to announce the acquisition of Office Technology Solutions, Inc. - a privately held company that has served the Rocky Mountain market since 2005. OTS' core competencies include enterprise email solutions, wireless network support, backup solutions and server virtualization.

Susan Borgos, President of and founder of Office Technology Solutions, Inc., has called the merger an extraordinary opportunity for both companies to expand their depth and coverage of service. “I suddenly have a bigger team with the ability to handle issues more efficiently,” says Borgos. “Together, we can better help our existing customers and reach out more effectively to new ones.”

In addition to her company’s work with shared partners Novell, Symantec and SUSE, Borgos brings to Novacoast an intimate knowledge of the legal industry. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado, a former chair of the Law Office Technology Committee of the Denver Bar Association and a past contributor and technology editor for the Colorado Lawyer.
