Novacoast Announces Acquisition of InTech Solutions
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. Novacoast, Inc., Effective April 1st, InTech Solutions, a highly recognized certified training and consulting firm, has agreed to be acquired by Novacoast, an internationally known IT services and solutions company. The goal of this arrangement is to join the capability of a respected provider of training services with an equally respected solution partner in the consulting space.

InTech Solutions has been an important training partner of SUSE, Micro Focus and Novell since 2002. During this time, it has garnered awards such as Training Partner of the Year and Linux Center of Excellence. For the past 9 years, SUSE has directly contracted with InTech Solutions for the content and delivery of the SUSE Academies. This delivery of Hi-definition technical video training has been streamed around the globe and has been consumed by numerous SUSE partners, effectively teaching and certifying in excess of 5000 students annually.
Bob Brentson has been directly utilized by SUSE and Micro Focus through the years in conducting Beta training on behalf of these organizations and has been contracted to deliver internal and private customer training.

By bringing together a recognized leader in training services with a strategic leader of IT services and solutions, this move will provide customers with a full suite of end-to-end services. Not only will this merge provide customers with technical expertise in the deployment of software solutions on the front end, but it will also equip customers with the necessary training to be successfully self-sufficient in maintaining their environment.
Bob Brentson of InTech Solutions will now take on the Director of Training role for Novacoast. He has always operated by two trains of thought, outlined as follows:
